Lay-by Terms & Conditions
Thankyou for your interest in purchasing my work.
I offer the convenience of a 12 week Lay-by with the following terms and conditions:

*a deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to initiate the lay-by. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

*The deposit is non-refundable.

*The remainder of the purchase price is payable within 12 weeks of the payment of the deposit , with regular payments (every 2 weeks minimum) to follow.

*If you experience difficulty in meeting these terms, please contact me and we can either re-negotiate the contract or terminate the lay-by.

*In the event that a lay-by is terminated, a refund (less deposit) will be available when the item has been re-sold.

*Full contact details are required at the time the deposit is paid.
